Hi Everyone,
In pega csr application, whenever we are routing a case to non developer operator, the suggested article that we are added using "Configuration Tools" option through others menu button, are not getting shown and the Count of suggested articles on the "Question Mark symbol" is also not getting populated.

But if we create case using L2 user (Non developer operator) the KM portal is working as expeted. Showing suggested article and the count the question mark symbol.

What might be the issue for the routed case..?
Could any one tell me the aaporoch to get fix the issue.
