Hi,
How to display multiple rows in a column in Reports
Is there a way to display multiple rows in one column in a report? Example Below:

  • Mukkram
You can implement the given requirement in two ways,

Approach 1: Using a custom section to display reports.
    1) Select all the required columns in your report.
    2) Create a section on how you want to display the fields.

    3) Enable Display rows using custom section option in the Report Viewer tab and select the section created in step 2.

Approach 2: Using drill-down reports to display the additional columns.
    1) Create a report just to display the applicant's name.
    2) Create a separate report to fetch other columns based on the selected applicant name.
    3) Enable drill-down report in the Report Viewer tab and mention the report definition created in step 2.

Note: Drill-down is applicable only when you have a summary column.

Let us know if the above solution works or get back to us in case of any further information if required.
