"Save AS" isn't working after upgrading from 8.4.3 to 8.4.6

Hello , after we did the minor upgrade to 8.4.6 the Save AS feature in all rules has stopped working. Not sure if the skin rule has anything to do with it.

Has anyone seen this behavior ? Thanks in advance[upl-image-preview
