Hi Everyone

I know there are 4 types of Case Level,Stage Level, step/flow level and Assignment level
Is there any posibilities to use all these SLA type in a case type .

For Ex -what will happen we use Case level ,Stage ,Flow and Assignment level SLA's all together

How we calcluate SLA ?

Yeah, it's possible to use all these SLAs in one case type and its purely up to the business need which decides its purpose.

Please refer to our article on Service Level Agreement which will clearly explain how SLA manipulations happens with different levels of SLA.

Hope the article gets you everything that you need.
